off/on ("we", "us") operates offon.app. This policy explains how we collect and use your information.
When you register, we collect your name, handle, phone number, and device type. When you post via MMS or email, we store the message content and any attached images.
We use your phone number solely to link incoming MMS messages to your account. We send only one outbound message per post: a delivery confirmation ("✓ posted to off/on"). We do not send marketing messages.
By registering, you consent to receive SMS/MMS confirmation messages from off/on. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. Your phone number is never displayed publicly. Public posts are visible to all visitors; private posts are visible only to approved followers.

By using off/on, you agree to these terms.
off/on allows users to post to a personal feed by sending MMS or email. You must register with a valid phone number to use the service.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant off/on a license to display your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You may not use off/on to post illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
By registering your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from off/on. These messages are limited to post confirmations. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. All your posts, comments, and data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of off/on after changes means you accept the updated terms.
